2025 LPC Holiday Fair - November 1, 2025

This annual event will be held at Liberty High School, Saturday, November 1, 2025 from 10am - 3pm. Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs and canopies are allowed. 10'x10' space. Event is held indoors. Vendors selling a name brand will have exclusivity based upon the date the contract and payment are received. Returning vendors have until June 30, 2025 to guarantee a spot. Vendor check in starts at 7:30am. All vendor booths must be set up no later than 9:30am. Vendors are not to start breaking down until 3pm. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges for any reason.
